O Montebelo Golf, ten minutes away Viseu, framed by the mountains of Estrela and the Caramulo, blends into a dreamlike landscape. Opened with eighteen holes in September 1997, it was expanded to include nine more in June 2007, offering a true challenge for golfers of all levels of experience in a 200-hectare setting featuring pines, oaks, and a predominance of gorse and heather, traditional undergrowth.

The course layout and hole design were designed with the relationship between the dimensional characteristics and the morphology of the terrain in mind, in order to harmonize and improve the landscape and environmental component.

Montebelo Golfe brings together a distribution point located in the center of the course, several functional areas, which constitute the basic elements of the development, in addition to specific spaces intended for training: driving range, pitch & put, shot bunkers, putting green, gym, and also, additionally, the properties of the golf club and the associated restaurant, which make up an enticement for those who wish to peacefully enjoy the magnificent environment that this location offers.
